Certified Personal Trainer, registered by the Polish Federation of General Sport. For over 18 years, I trained Kayak Polo at MOSW Choszczno. Since 2006, I have been a top European athlete and a representative of the Polish National Team. Multiple gold medalist of the Polish Championships and silver medalist of the European Championships in Milan. I have also played for the Italian club Lazio since 2016.

I tried my hand at CrossFit over two years ago as a supplementary workout for my primary sport back then. Since then, it has become a new passion. As a personal trainer, your consistent development, correct mobility, overall physical fitness, and technical execution of exercises are far more important to me than just breaking records.
